Dental Plans

We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield (Indemnity) and Delta Dental Premier. For most other dental plans, we will submit claims for service on your behalf as out of network providers, except for exclusive network plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage HMO and Delta Dental EPO.

We can submit claims for Medicare Advantage PPO plans as out of network providers.
